RULES OF BOUNCE HOUSE

Children age 13 and under using this inflatable must be supervised at all times by an adult.
No standing or jumping is allowed on the step into the bounce house.
All shoes & sandals must be removed before entering the bounce house.
No wrestling, flipping, hanging on supports, roughhousing, running, or any other type of activity besides jumping is allowed in the bounce house.
No hanging from the hooks on the sides or from the roof of the bounce house. A repair fee up to $. 300 will be imposed if the sides/roof is damaged.
No jumping or bouncing against the columns and no climbing on the netting.
No sharp objects, eyeglasses, jewelry, gum, food, drinks, Piñata’s, or pets are allowed on the bounce house.
No silly string, face paint, water play, or mess prone products (i.e glitter, slime, messy art, temporary tattoos,etc) Is allowed in or around the bounce house as it does irreparable damage.
Anyone with head, back, neck, or any muscular-skeletal injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, children under 2 years of age, and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls bumps, or bouncing are not permitted in the unit at any time.
Keep the unit away from heat and open flame at all times, material will burn or melt. If the inflatable begins to lose air, make your way to the exit immediately.
Bounce house MUST be secured to the ground securely at all times to prevent tipping or injury with stakes or sand bags.
Do not use bounce house if winds exceed 25mph - the bounce house can flip over in high winds. If high winds exist, exit the bounce house immediately and turn off the blower.
Do not operate the bounce house when raining or if the ground is wet. Risk of serious injury due to slipping hazards and electric shock from the blower if wet conditions exist.

Children’s safety depends on you. Parental supervision is required at all times. As the Lessee of the bounce house, the safety of all who come in contact with the bounce house or parts thereof is your responsibility. Do not exceed the recommended maximum capacity for each age group as stated.

Maximum weight capacity: 300lbs (2-5 Years: 8 kids | 6-8 Years: 6 kids | 9-13 Years: 4 kids)

Maximum height of jumper : 5 ft tall

All bounce houses are secured with sand bags,

If rules listed above are not followed , you will foreit your cleaning deposit and may be subject to replacement cost.

REQUIREMENTS

Standard power outlet is needed with in 50 ft. of the set up area. If power soure is over 50ft away from set up area please let our team know. We supply up to 2 extention cords, if extention cord exceeds over two cords charges will be applied.

Our bounce house cannot be set up on gravel, mud, or sand under any circumstances.

If you have pets please make sure all pets dont not come in contact with the bouce house.

Depending on the weather conditions, bounce house may be required to be set up in a covered or shaded area to protect the children and equipment from the sun.

POLICIES

Weather Policy: We reserve the right to cancel any reservations due to severe or imminent deterioration of weather conditions.

Deposits can be transferred to another date within one year if you need to cancel your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notification of cancellation is required (except due to weather conditions). If the customer needs to cancel or postpone their rental the deposit and any other amounts paid will be converted to a raincheck applicable to any rental within the following 12 months. Cancellation needs to be made 24 hours prior to scheduled event time, failing to cancel within 24 hours customer deposit will be forfeit. The Company reserves the right cancel an order at any time, for any reason, including, but not limited to: severe weather conditions; a location that is unsafe for any reason or inaccessible due to doors, gates, slopes or steps; or if there is reason to believe that the Equipment and or its users may be in danger. If the Company cancels an order, damages will be limited to a refund of monies already paid for the rental. In the event Company is unable to deliver Equipment, prior to the event start time specified in this Agreement, the Customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund for the amount paid. If the Customer chooses to receive the Equipment after the event start time, Customer agrees that no discounts or refunds will be given.

Booking Policy for Hotel Setups- Cilent or friends/family are not allowed in the room during the set up time. Please allow 2-4 hours minimum for everyone to be away from the room depending on your package. The cilent must be checked in to the hotel prior to our arrival, we can not check in for you. Airbnb's that have self check in, we are allowed to arrive to check in for you. Your space must be clean prior to our arrival. We do not work in spaces that are left unclean. Your appointment will be cancelled without refund..

DAMAGED WAVIER

Damage Waiver is NOT INSURANCE, Renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the Equipment and for their return in the same condition in which they were received, except for ordinary wear and tear. By accepting the Damage Waiver, however, Lessor agrees to waive Lessor’s right to recover from Renter the amount of loss of or damage to the Equipment while in Renter’s possession except that Renter will be responsible for the first $100.00 on damage/replacement costs in those instances where the damage/replacement cost is greater than $500.00. Renter agrees to immediately notify Lessor of any accident and promptly submit any applicable police reports. If Renter has applicable insurance, the Damage Waiver becomes secondary, and the Renter agrees to exercise all right available to the Renter under Renter’s insurance coverage and assign all claims and proceeds from Renter’s insurance coverage to Lessor. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lessor’s liability for loss of, or damage to, the Equipment will not be waived in the following circumstances:

1. Any item or part thereof which is not returned, irrespective of the reason, including theft.

2. Careless or abusive operation or use of the Equipment.

3. Use or operation of the Equipment exceeding its rated capacity.

4. Damage resulting from failure to perform or pay for all normal periodic and other basic services and maintenance.

5. Loss or damage caused by dishonesty of Renter’s employee or family member or wrongful conversion by any person whom Renter allows possessing the Equipment.

6. Operation or use of the Equipment in a manner inconsistent with the instructions of the Equipment manufacturer.

7. Damage resulting from vandalism, malicious mischief, or intentional abuse.

8. Damage to any accessories such as electric cords, fuel tanks, heating ducts, and similar items.

9. Damage resulting from overturning.

10. Damage resulting from self-pickup or return while in transit.

11. Damage resulting from use of the Equipment in violation of any terms of this Rental Contract.

RELEASE

In consideration of the services and or property provided, I, for myself and any minor children for which I am the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise responsible, any heirs, personal representatives, or assigns, do hereby release Kyla's Kastles, its principals, directors; officers, agents, employees and volunteers from any liability and waive any claim for damages arising from any cause whatsoever (except that which is gross negligence). I further agree to reimburse you for all attorney's fees and legal costs should I bring legal action against you and lose.

LIABILITY

Kyla's Kastles is not responsible for balloons or decoration once delivery and setup are completed.
Cilent understands that balloons are fragile and may pop, deflate, or be affected by heat, cold, wind, or other environmental conditions outside of the provider's control.
Kyla's Kastles is not responsible for allergic reactions to latex or balloon materials.
Venue restrictions or weather -related issues affecting balloon decor.

TEARDOWN & PICK UP

If teardown/pickup is requested, Kyla's Kastles will return at the agreed time. Otherwise, balloon disposal is responsibility of the client. Kyla's Kastles also provides balloon Cleanup Service $100.00/150.00 depending on the package.

If Next-Day Cleanup Service has been arranged, please ensure the hotel room is vacated at least one (1) hour prior to checkout to allow our team ample time to complete the breakdrown with care and attention to details.

CILENT RESPONSIBLES

Cilent must provide safe and suitable access to the venue for the setup and removal.
For Luxury Hotel room decor, please leave a key at the front desk under the given name we provide before our arrival or coordinate to meet with us at the location.
Cleanup is typically the cilent's responsibitlity unless: You selected our Next-Day Cleanup Services, or clean up services have been for additional $100/$150.00
Cilent agrees to inform Kyla's kastles of any venue restrictions prior to the event.
Please note hotels may apply additional fees if room is left in disarray. To help avoid these charges, we recommend ensuring all decor is removed prior to checkout.
Kyla's Kastles is not responsible for any hotel-imposed fees.
If needed, we strongly recommend arranging for hotel housekeeping service to room before our scheduled time.

INJURIES

Any injuries that were caused by any property of Kyla's Kastles is a fault of the service recipient, not the service provider (Kyla's Kastles). When our property is being dropped off and set up at the desired location of service recipent , we wre not responsible for any incidents that happened with or around our property.

ENTIRE CONTRACT

This Contract contains the entire agreement of the parties regarding the subject matter of this Contract. and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written. This Contract supersedes any prior written or agreements between the parties.
